Sheet forming machines of DOA essentially consist of a hopper, a feed system and the sheet former. The volumetric feed controls the fiber quantity which enters the feed system. Additional electronic weighing device can be integrated into the feeding system.

The feeding system has several feed rollers, with the option to exchange to a dish feed with nose bar.

The sheet former consists of a licker-in drum with saw-tooth wire, a multiple blowing fan and sieve drums, on which the fibers are formed to a random sheet.
